Once you attend a workshop, you are a Water Wiser participant as long as you live in Castle Rock. If you do move within the town limits, it is recommended to contact us at 720-733-6017 to confirm our system is correct.

2. How do I become exempt from the every-third-day water restrictions?

Being a Water Wiser participant exempts you from the every-third-day watering restrictions. However, you must still follow the watering schedule times. Watering is NOT permitted between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. View the water schedule.

3. How do I replace a lost Water Wiser Placard?

Your Water Wiser placard can be replaced if it is lost or becomes damaged. Please email us at waterconservation@crgov.com or call 720-733-6017 to request a replacement.

4. How do I maintain my Water Wiser status?

Once you attend a workshop, you have a Water Wiser designation for five years. Since technology and techniques change, attending a workshop every five years will keep you updated on best practices. Additionally, your Water Wiser designation follows you if you move within the town limits; however, contact us at 720-733-6017 to confirm your account is accurate.

Although monitors or other Town staff document most violations, private parties may also complete an affidavit.
